What's happening at the UUCG?  July 26th - August 1st, 2017

7/26/2017

Sunday July 30th - “2nd Principal”
Jennifer Ward

In recent months, our organization and our faith have been challenged by historically underrepresented voices claiming a place at our denomination's table.  Our 2nd principle calls us to "justice, equity, and compassion in human relations."  In these turbulent and contentious times, what does that mean for our relationships, our churches, and our faith?  What does a religion truly dedicated to these values look like?

Grocery Certificates Volunteers Needed
Are you willing to give thirty minutes for 5% to the church?  Josette Schaffer is trying to organize grocery gift card helpers like the coffee helpers. It takes 15 minutes before church and 15 minutes after. You could sign up for a Sunday in which your partner has another duty....coffee, worship associate, AV, choir, etc. It would be great to have 5-6 volunteers so they would only help two times a quarter. Please contact Josette if you are willing to help with this easy way to support our church. josetteschaffer@msn.com.
