 What's happening at the UUCG? August 3rd-9th
Sunday, August 9th- Personal Reminiscence of Ramadan- Claire Barta Service will include poetry by Hafiz. RE: Play Sunday Other News and Reminders Welcome new ministers! On August 1st we begin sharing a ministry team with Foothills UU Church in Fort Collins. Two of the three ministers in our ministry team will be here speaking for the first time on Sunday, August 16th. We will have an informal welcome for Rev. Gretchen Haley and Rev. Diana McLean with an ice cream and cake social after service on that day. PLEASE BRING AN ICE CREAM TOPPING OR A PASTRY to share. We'll supply the ice cream and a sheet cake. Be watching for a more formal welcome of all three ministers, including Rev. Howell Lind, in the upcoming weeks. Men's Philosophical- There will be no meeting on August 17th. Men's philosophical will meet the first and third Wednesdays of each month starting in September! King Soopers Grocery Card Update- Please contact Hollis with your King Soopers grocery card number and she will check to see if the church is receiving the 5% benefit when you refill. If you haven't been refilling your card, contact Hollis and she will let you know how to do this. It's easy. Meghan, the office manager, will be out of the office from August 8th-19th.
