Please donate your unwanted winter coats and help refugee families to stay warm! Please drop off your donations at the LFS Refugee and Asylee Office! Click HERE for the official flyer! The Church has adopted a Christmas Family! We have adopted Lucero Macias' family! Thanks to the many people who have signed up to help make this a brighter Christmas for this family! We are looking for a few more people to help. We need clothes for Victoria (children's size 12), pants for Sandra (juniors size 9) and make-up for Jessica! If you can help, call Dianne Culver or email her at ajculver3@gmail.com. Everyone who has signed up, please bring your wrapped gift to church this Sunday, December 18th or let Dianne know when you could drop it off. Please include gift receipts for clothes. We will still be collecting gift cards or money on Sunday! Thanks to everyone for reviving this UU Church Tradition! Join us on December 24th for a Christmas Eve Family Candelight Service with Rev. Barry Bloom at 5:00pm! Everyone is invited to this informal invitation to Christmas. We will sing carols, light candles, and munch on a few goodies! Then go home with our families for the evening. May we come together as a spiritual community on this special night! Updating the Directory: January 8th DEADLINE for corrections It’s that time of year again! We are updating our directory. Please let us know of any correction in the draft directory. There will be a physical draft copy for edits after the services. Click HERE for the draft copy of the directory for review! No need to respond if everything is correct. Please let us know if you want to be removed or of any corrections by emailing Meghan at office_manager@greeleyuuc.org! RESPOND BY January 8th. The directory will be published on January 13th! Thank you! Grocery Certificate Volunteers Needed! Due to a change in family life Rosemary Edmiston must relinquish her duties as a grocery certificate volunteer and Hollis Berendt wishes to spend more time with her family- thus it is time for a personnel change. We are hopeful that several will volunteer creating a team of volunteers with a coordinator so that the duties will not fall on one or two people all of the time. The coordinator or at least one volunteer should have access to a computer. The grocery certificate service provides added revenue for the church, and works closely with the UUCG Treasurer and Board.
