Tuesday, January 24th- Spiritual Stimulation/ Support Group 7pm Sunday, January 29th- We Are the Ones- Elizabeth Mount In times of trouble throughout history and myths, people have cried out, praying, weeping, lamenting, and yet finding a way forward as a community. In a pluralistic religion, is there a common call of prophetic voice? Elizabeth Mount will lead an exploration about the ways that answering the call of prophetic speakers of our time can lead us deeper into the values of Unitarian Universalism and provide hope in a time of uncertainty. Grocery Certificate Volunteers Needed! Due to a change in family life Rosemary Edmiston must relinquish her duties as a grocery certificate volunteer and Hollis Berendt wishes to spend more time with her family- thus it is time for a personnel change. We are hopeful that several will volunteer creating a team of volunteers with a coordinator so that the duties will not fall on one or two people all of the time. The coordinator or at least one volunteer should have access to a computer. The grocery certificate service provides added revenue for the church, and works closely with the UUCG Treasurer and Board. Volunteers need to contact Rosemary, Hollis, Erika Coan or Reverend Barry Bloom. How can I contact Rev. Barry Bloom? If you need to get into contact with Rev. Barry Bloom please email him at revbarrybloom@gmail.com or call him at 303-273-9908. If you have an announcement you would like to see in our weekly announcements please email Meghan at office_manager@greeleyuuc.org by 10 am on the Tuesday you wish to see the announcement in!
