Sunday, October 23rd- Two Proud Heresies-
Doug Stewart and Andy Carlson

Unitarian and Universalism were both Christian movements that came to be regarded as heretical by orthodox Christianity. Namaqua Worship Associates, Doug and Andy explore the history and theology of these two movements, asking how their theological principles continue to inform contemporary Unitarian Universalism, even as we have moved beyond an explicitly Christian grounding.

RASPBERRIES ARE READY FOR ALL TO PICK
Everyone is invited to Tim and Hollis's house to pick raspberries at your convenience.  No need to call, just come over and pick.  The whole north side of our house is loaded with raspberries. Please help yourself.  For your comfort, you might want wear a long sleeve shirt and pants to avoid small prickers, although it's not necessary.  Our address is in the online directory on the website at www.greeleyuuc.org. Enjoy!
 

Tulip & Daffodil Bulbs for sale!
We are selling tulip and daffodil bulbs. Plant now for beautiful
spring color and flowers. Tulips in mixed colors or all red for 8 for $8. Daffodil - mixed variety 6 for $5. Easy to plant and then you'll have years of enjoyment.

November 4th for an evening of healing, reflection, and unity as we gather to support one another and those who have been affected by the recent events and talk of sexual assault and domestic violence. There will be speakers from SAVA and A Woman's Place and campus groups from UNC. There will be poetry, music, and fun with refreshments. Lutheran Family Services is having a Coat Drive from October 24th-December 16th! Please donate your unwanted winter coats and help refugee families to stay warm! Please drop off your donations at the LFS Refugee and Asylee Office! Click HERE for the official flyer!


UU Evening Brewery Fun is Back!
Join us to meet and mingle with friends while checking out the local breweries in town. Beer, craft root beer, and other non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase. These will be family friendly events with board games/bean bag toss, snacks and root-beer floats for the kids!
