Climate Strike

Women's International League for Peace and Freedom is encouraging local chapters to support the Climate Strike that was initiated by 16 year old Greta Thunberg. You are welcome to join us at our weekly meeting on the 19th at 11:30 the hear a video with Greta, hear about local ballot initiatives for November, and make signs for the rally.

Join with us at a rally to turn up the political heat and demand action to halt the climate crisis on Sunday Sept 22 at 1:00 at Bittersweet Park by the Veterans Memorial. Aaron will be speaking. We look forward to seeing you there so that we all can help bring a livable world to our children and grandchildren.
