After God created the Heavens and the Earth, on the seventh day he rested. What does that mean for us today? Whether we believe in the biblical story or not, regularly taking time for rest and healing is important to our health and spirit. We joined Mary Louise Gerek, a member of Foothills Unitarian Worship Learning Community in her exploration for what Sabbath time means in our everyday lives.
